Doug Stevenson - Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder

Doug Stevenson serves as the CEO and co-founder of Vibrant Media, leading the company's expansion since it began operations in July 2000. Starting with an initial investment of $500,000, Doug has developed Vibrant Media into a global online advertising business with over 200 employees located in New York, San Francisco, London, Hamburg and Paris. Vibrant Media's in-text advertising reaches over 120M Unique Users on over 3,000 publisher web sites in 13 different languages. Vibrant Media's advertisers include Fortune 500 global brands such as Microsoft, Daimler-Chrysler, Hewlett-Packard and Sony.

Vibrant Media has won numerous awards for its rapid growth, international expansion and its contextual advertising technology. Among these awards, the Company has been recognized by both the Inc. 500 and Deloitte Fast 50 list for two consecutive years. Prior to founding Vibrant Media, Doug worked at AOL Europe as Head of E-commerce and has nineteen years of publishing, media and Internet experience with AOL, CompuServe, Netscape, Haymarket Publishing and BBC Magazines/Redwood Publishing. Doug has a B.S.c. in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Edinburgh University.

Craig Gooding - Chief Commercial Officer and Co-founder

Craig Gooding serves as the CCO and co-founder of Vibrant Media, leading the strategy and execution of business development and sales for the company. Craig has overseen the acquisition of over 1,600 publishers and leading advertisers to Vibrant Media's network. Vibrant Media's in-text advertising reaches over 120M Unique Users on over 3000 publisher web sites in 13 different languages. Vibrant Media's advertisers include Fortune 500 global brands such as Apple, BP, Intel and Toyota.

Vibrant Media has won numerous awards for its rapid growth, international expansion and its contextual advertising technology. Among these awards, the Company has been recognized by both the Inc. 500 and Deloitte Fast 50 list for two consecutive years. Craig was formerly AOL Europe's e-commerce Manager and leading dealmaker and has thirteen years of publishing, media and Internet experience gained at AOL, CompuServe, Netscape, and ICQ. He was previously Associate Publisher of MLP's Enterprise Magazine and has been involved in the successful launch of a number of magazines and online media properties. Craig also played a crucial role in the launch of Netscape Online. Craig has a B.A. in Humanities from Hull University.

Richard Brindley - Chief Technology Officer
Richard offers more than 18 years of international IT experience in software design, software development and IT management for a variety of companies, including Kodak and Bank of America.

Sean Finnegan - Chief Media Officer
Sean Finnegan oversees marketing, business development and product innovation for Vibrant Media. Prior to joining Vibrant, he was the Chief Executive Officer of OMD Digital, a unit of Omnicom Media Group. As head of OMD Digital, Sean led its global management team and developed functional services in Digital Investment, Search, Mobile, Gaming, Futures, Analytics and Ad Operations. Sean began his career in the early nineties at BBDO New York, where he focused on spot TV buying and print planning. When the internet became commercial, Sean quickly shifted his focus to new media, working at such interactive agencies as Darwin Digital (Zenith), APL Digital and JWT Digital. Sean then departed the agency world to become Director, Advertising Business Development at AllAdvantage.com. In 2001, Sean left for his native Chicago, where he became Media Director for TribalDDB. A year into his tenure at Tribal, Omnicom formed OMD and Sean became Midwest Director of OMD Digital. Eventually Sean was promoted to lead OMD Digital, a position he held for three years before forming OMD Digital.

Paul K. Joachim - Senior Vice President Sales, North America
Prior to Vibrant Media Paul Joachim spent over 10 years with the technology investment bank Jefferies-Broadview, where most recently he was a Managing Director and led the bank's West Coast Digital Media and Services practice. Previously with IBM he held senior positions in sales, focusing on scientific and technical computing. He has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California and holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business.

John Sedlak - Senior Vice President, Sales and Strategic Alliances
John Sedlak leads the Vibrant Media Sales team across the United States , leveraging his varied experiences in digital media. Sedlak brings almost 20 years of client solutions driven marketing and sales expertise to his Executive role at Vibrant. Prior to joining the Company, he served most recently as SVP of AOL's Eastern Region and Multicultural advertising sales and sales support teams. Prior to re-joining AOL in July 2005, Sedlak held the position of SVP, Sales at Time Warner Global Marketing - the cross-platform advertising sales team for Time Warner. Sedlak began his career at AOL in 1999 and led the development of its strategic partnerships across a broad range of categories. Prior to AOL, he held posts at Dow Jones & Company/The Wall Street Journal and worked in Media Planning at Ammirati &Puris . John is a graduate of Rutgers University.

Denise Garcia - Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Research
Formerly the vice president, Internet Equity Research at A.G. Edwards & Sons, Denise Garcia is a pioneer in the interactive advertising industry. Prior to joining A.G. Edwards & Sons, Ms. Garcia was Internet Analyst at W.R. Hambrecht + Company. Before embarking on her career in equity research, Garcia served as vice president, advertising and media for Gartner, Inc., where she focused on emerging advertising trends, advertising technologies and subsequent business models. Ms. Garcia has developed advertising-related growth strategies for several publications, including the UnderGround Online (UGO), International Data Group (IDG), and CMP Media. While at IDG, she launched The Industry Standard magazine and website. During her tenure at CMP she developed its online channel properties and previously launched the Red Herring magazine and web site. A graduate of San Jose State University, Garcia's research has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Forbes, The Washington Post, Los Angeles Times, and the San Jose Mercury News.

Martin Forbes - Senior Vice President, Corporate Operations
Martin Forbes oversees the worldwide operations of Vibrant Media, working to increase global revenue and profitability. Prior to joining Vibrant Media, Martin was a Director with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP UK working in the Management Transaction Advisory Group. Spending 9½ years specializing in private equity transactions, Martin advised senior management and corporations with investment strategies. Martin graduated from Leeds University in 1997 with Joint Honors in Economics and Management Studies and was admitted to the Association of Taxation Technicians and the Chartered Institute of Taxation in May 2000 and 2001 respectively.

Gavin McCloskey - Vice President, Corporate Operations
Gavin McCloskey has overseen Vibrant Media's growth from 5 to over 150 employees over the past four years building a robust finance department to manage Vibrant Media's global growth across five offices in the US and Europe. Day to day Gavin works closely with the sales, business development and technology teams globally to drive future rapid growth. Gavin graduated from the University College of London with a B.S.c. in Economics in 2000.

Anna Kassoway - Vice President, Global Marketing and Creative Solutions
Anna Kassoway is the Vice President of Global Marketing & Creative Solutions. Anna is responsible for the company's corporate brand positioning and customized product solutions for strategic partners. Since her arrival in 2003, Anna has helped drive the evolution of the company's product suite, which today reaches more than 120 million unique users worldwide per month. Overseeing the creative department, Anna provides Vibrant Media's custom online product solutions for clients including Sears, New Line Cinema, Microsoft, AT&T and Chrysler. Prior to joining Vibrant Media Anna was the Regional Media Director for Beyond Interactive, the interactive arm of Grey Worldwide. In this role she managed multi-million dollar global media campaigns. Anna is an active member of the IAB, OPA, Advertising Women of NY, and the ABM.
