    Group Pension Scheme

    All employees will be added onto Vibrant Media Group Pension scheme.  Vibrant will match up to 3% of the employees’ gross monthly salary, provided the employees are contributing themselves, through salary sacrifice.

    Independent Financial Advice

    Vibrant has appointed an independent financial advisor to give impartial guidance to staff on all aspects of pensions planning, investment, life assurance and tax planning. There is also a specific financial adviser for Mortgage queries.  All initial consultations are free of charge.

    Childcare vouchers

    Vibrant has a child care voucher scheme whereby all employees have the option to “sacrifice” part of their salary in exchange for child care vouchers. Within specified limits, these vouchers are non-taxable and exempt from National Insurance contributions and therefore represent a saving for the employees.

    Cycle to Work Scheme

    Vibrant provides cycle to work schemes by salary sacrifice – Huge savings, of up to 50% of the retail price of bicycles and accessories, are available to participating employees.

    There is a loading bay on site to store your bike, and shower facilities are also available, should employees wish to use them.

    Paid Holiday

    All employees are entitled to 25 days holiday plus the 8 public holidays. The allowance increases after 4 and 6 years tenure in the business.

    Medical Insurance

    Vibrant offers medical insurance to all permanent employees. This is designed to cover you for the diagnosis and/or necessary active treatment of a medical condition when you are referred by your General Practitioner to an appropriate medical specialist.


    Subsidised gym membership

    Through the Private Medical Insurance scheme, employees are also eligible for subsidised gym membership, employees get a 50% discount membership with Virgin Active.

    Eye-care voucher

    Vibrant funds free eye tests for all employees.
