The luncheon honors mothers in advertising, media and communications who successfully balance work and family life while simultaneously distinguishing themselves as mentors in their communities. This year, twenty winners were selected by the editors of Working Mother magazine for distinction in three categories: balancing work and family, excelling in the workplace and at home, and paving the way for future working mothers.

Advertising Women of New York (AWNY) is a professional organization for women and men in the advertising/communications industry.
