New York, NEW YORK, May 21, 2007 — Vibrant Media, the world's leading provider of video and rich media in-text advertising, has hired Dennis Morgan, former Vice President, Corporate Finance at Yahoo!, as its Chief Financial Officer.

"I was deeply involved in a number of Yahoo!'s most strategic advertising related deals, from its acquisitions of Inktomi, Overture and Kelkoo, to its partnerships with eBay and the newspaper consortium. Vibrant Media has already established an international footprint and created an extremely substantial global business. I'm excited by the potential for in-text advertising to become the next billion dollar space in online advertising and am looking forward to supporting the continued growth of the business."

Vibrant Media In-Text Solutions provide users with useful and relevant information while putting users in control of their advertising consumption. Brand advertisers are rapidly adopting Vibrant Video ads as a niche for them to "own their words" within in-text advertising. Through its video ad network, advertisers are using their brand and product related words, which operate as triggers inside premium web content.

Today Vibrant Media reaches 80 million unique users worldwide and has the ability to deliver more than 250 million relevant video ads each month when a user demonstrates interest by mousing-over the brand or product word.

During his tenure at Yahoo!, Morgan held a number of leadership roles within its finance group. He led the financial analysis of several major acquisitions, as well as the company's global planning and budgeting process. He created and led the finance group responsible for the financial analysis of its most significant revenue, partnership and spending transactions. He also served as the interim finance head for its search and search marketing businesses.

Prior to his post at Yahoo!, Morgan served in investment banking roles at Thomas Weisel Partners and at Alex Brown. A graduate of Dartmouth College, he holds an MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia.

"Dennis's proven track record of successful financial leadership will allow us to establish the operational infrastructure necessary to support the rapid growth of our video and in-text advertising network." said Doug Stevenson, CEO and co-founder of Vibrant Media. "He brings a wealth of experience to Vibrant Media at a critical stage in the company's development."
