Managing for Global Growth
Paul Joachim joins Vibrant Media from Jefferies-Broadview where he was a Managing Director. Joachim spent over 10 years with the technology investment bank and lead the West Coast Digital Media and Services practice. Previously with IBM, he held senior positions in sales focused on scientific and technical computing. As the Senior Vice President of North American Sales, Joachim will be responsible for all sales and strategic partnerships in this region.

The company has hired Martin Forbes who, before joining Vibrant Media, was a Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers and brings a combination of financial acumen and operational experience to the company. As the SVP of Operations, Forbes will be responsible for increasing global revenues and profitability, managing international expansion efforts and ensuring smooth growth into new verticals.

Vertical Focus on Media, Entertainment and Automotive
Gabe Greenberg comes to Vibrant Media with 14 years of experience in the automotive industry, leading the sales and operations departments at Autobytel Direct and overseeing the enterprise sales, direct marketing and interactive advertising departments at Car.com. As the new Vice President of Strategic Relations currently overseeing Vibrant Media's automotive channel, Greenberg will expand operations and consult with top clients such as General Motors, Toyota and Volkswagen on how to fully leverage Vibrant Media's advertising products for their marketing efforts.

Cliff Paulson has joined as Director of Entertainment. Before joining Vibrant Media, Paulson served as a senior account executive with the Fox Broadcasting Company and as a National Sales Manager for CBS in Chicago. Paulson will work directly with movie studios and television networks such as Warner Brothers, New Line Cinema and TLC, serving as a strategic advisor for ongoing efforts to incorporate in-text branded advertising into marketing plans.
