Vibrant Media Named One of the Fastest-Growing Companies
on Inc. 500 List

Contextual Advertising Leader Achieves Three-Year Sales Growth
of More Than 1,000 Percent

New York, September 5, 2006 — Vibrant Media, the world's leading provider of in-text online advertising, has been named the 63rd fastest-growing private company in the U.S. by Inc. magazine's 25th Annual Inc. 500 ranking. Driven by the company's global expansion and the success of IntelliTXT, which delivers highly targeted ads within the text of Web content, Vibrant Media achieved 1,070.6 percent sales growth over the past three years to secure its place on the prestigious list.

More than 1,200 publishers are now running Vibrant Media's IntelliTXT campaigns in seven languages, reaching 70 million unique users each month for its advertisers, which include Microsoft, Sony, Nike, Intel and Warner Brothers.

"It's great to be recognized by Inc. magazine as one of America's fastest-growing companies, and we see this as a strong validation of Vibrant Media's ability to engage users with relevant and effective advertising," said Doug Stevenson, co-founder and CEO of Vibrant Media. "The recent launch of IntelliTXT VIDEO has opened in-text advertising to brand marketers for the first time, who are taking advantage of our capacity to deliver over 200 million user-initiated commercials per month. This increasing demand for video campaigns and our continued global expansion will accelerate Vibrant Media's rapid growth for the future."

The 2006 Inc. 500 list measures revenue growth from 2002 through 2005.

"If you want to find out which companies are going to change the world, look at the Inc. 500," said Inc. Editor Jane Berentson. "These are the most innovative, dynamic, fast-growth companies in the nation, the ones coming up with solutions to some of our most intractable ills, creating systems that let us conduct business faster and easier, and manufacturing products we soon discover we can't live without. The Inc. 500 list is Inc. magazine's tribute to American business ingenuity and ambition."

Vibrant Media now has more than 140 employees based in six offices around the world. In 2005 its continued growth was assured with a $30 million investment from ABS Capital Partners, a U.S.-based private equity firm. /p>
