Both products sell the same idea in the same words — hire AI employees instead of adding headcount — and then point that idea at two different sizes of job. Sintra AI lists twelve helpers covering socials, inbox, website, customer support, sales and recruiting, at prices listed on their pricing page. Vibrant Media has seven roles and they all face one direction: content marketing that ends as a published article on your own blog, with a growth report that says what it did.
Rent our team if the thing you need is a monthly content operation with a printed ceiling, six quality checks, and a human click between every draft and the internet. Take theirs if the thing you need is one assistant layer across a lot of business functions at once, including the ones we do not touch at all.
What both actually do
Both are large language models wearing job titles, working inside your accounts, on your data, with instructions you write once. Neither of us can promise the sentence is right without you reading it first.
| What both do | Vibrant Media | Sintra AI, from their public pages |
|---|---|---|
| Sell named roles, not a chat box | 7 roles: Blogger, SEO, SMM, Designer, Analyst, LinkBuilder, Chief Manager | 12 helpers, e.g. Penn "Copywriter", Seomi "SEO Specialist", Soshie "Social Media Manager" |
| Write long-form content | AI-Blogger writes from your saved brief | Penn, "Copywriter" |
| Write social copy | AI-SMM writes a pack per channel | Soshie, "Social Media Manager" |
| Report on numbers | AI-Analyst reads Search Console and GA4 | Dexter, "Data Analyst"; Google Analytics listed among integrations |
| Publish to a blog you own | Official API to WordPress, Shopify, Ghost | WordPress, Shopify and Webflow listed among integrations |
| Carry standing instructions | Brief plus brand voice, saved once | "Set priorities, guidelines, and approval levels." |
| Run on a monthly allowance | Article, image and social-pack caps per plan | "Your subscription includes 250 credits per month." |
Where Sintra AI wins
The list of jobs is much wider than ours
Sintra AI's twelve helpers carry these titles on their site: Soshie "Social Media Manager", Penn "Copywriter", Buddy "Business Strategist", Vizzy "Virtual Assistant", Commet "Website Builder", Seomi "SEO Specialist", Cassie "Customer Support", Milli "Sales Manager", Emmie "Email Marketer", Dexter "Data Analyst", Gigi "Personal Coach", Scouty "Recruiter". Sintra AI's homepage describes a team that "runs your socials, inbox, website, content, customer support, and business and sales operations without adding extra headcount."
Vibrant Media: content marketing only. Inbox, support tickets, sales follow-up, recruiting and site building are outside what we do, and no plan adds them.
The integration list is longer, and it reaches tools we do not touch
Sintra AI's integrations page names thirty, among them Todoist, Google Tasks, WordPress, HubSpot, Trello, Salesforce, TikTok, Webflow, GitHub, Linear, Slack, Shopify, Meta, Meta Ads, YouTube, Outlook, Dropbox, QuickBooks, Google Analytics, Google Drive, Notion, Instagram, Facebook, Google Calendar, LinkedIn, Gmail and Xero. The same page states, for example: "Publish posts to Facebook and Instagram, track page insights, and grow your audience", and "Schedule and publish LinkedIn posts, manage your company page, and grow your professional presence."
Vibrant Media: three publishing adapters — WordPress, Shopify, Ghost. The other nine channels are a hand-off pack.
Languages
Sintra AI's pricing page lists "100+ languages".
Vibrant Media: our keyword research runs against a single language code, `en`, and the product surface is English.
A listed way in at one role, and a listed refund window
Individual helpers are listed at $39/month each, and their help centre states "Sintra offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all Sintra X plans."
Vibrant Media: our smallest paid plan is $49/month and it carries two roles, Blogger and Chief Manager.
Where the AI team wins
Nothing is published without a human click, and there is no switch that changes that
Approval is not a setting in our product. Every draft lands in Approvals, and approving is the act that publishes it — there is no unattended posting mode and no per-channel toggle to turn one on. Sintra's homepage describes the neighbouring idea in their own words: "Set priorities, guidelines, and approval levels. AI employees follow these instructions consistently." Configurable levels and a hard gate are different mechanisms, and if the requirement is that nobody may post under your name until you clicked, ours is the one that cannot be reconfigured.
The monthly ceiling is printed as work, not as credits
Solo is 12 articles a month. Team is 20 articles and 60 social packs. Scale is 50 articles, 200 images and 200 social packs. Those numbers are on the pricing page, in the app, and in the server's refusal when a month is spent — the same number in all three places. Sintra's plans are listed with "250 credits per month", consumed, per their help centre, "when you start tasks with Sintra (i.e. when you choose to generate images or analyse data)", with top-ups available in Settings.
Six checks read the draft before you do
Facts, brand voice, SEO, policy, whether it repeats an earlier piece of yours, and whether an assistant can read it. Unqualified medical, legal or financial advice is blocked outright rather than flagged.
The result is proved from two sources, with a label on every number
The analyst pulls Google Search Console and GA4, and every figure in the report carries its origin — GSC, GA4, estimate or internal. Where no real source is connected, the report says so instead of producing a number. Estimates are never printed as measurements. This arrives with the analyst, which is on Team and Scale.
One brief, seven roles, one direction
The brief is filled once, or read off your site by the wizard. The SEO role picks the topics, the Blogger writes them, the Designer draws the image, the SMM writes the social pack from the published article, the LinkBuilder drafts outreach you approve one pitch at a time, and the Chief Manager sequences it. Nobody has to be briefed twice.
What it costs
| Plan | Listed price | What the plan states |
|---|---|---|
| Vibrant Media Solo | $49/mo | AI-Blogger + Chief Manager, 12 articles/mo, 1 channel, evidence feed |
| Vibrant Media Team | $199/mo | All 6 specialists + Chief, 20 articles/mo, 60 social packs/mo, all 12 channels |
| Vibrant Media Scale | $499/mo | Everything in Team, 50 articles/mo, 200 images + 200 social packs, 2,000 team requests |
| Sintra X, 1-month | $48.50/mo, as listed on their pricing page (regular $97/mo) | 12+ AI helpers, 250 monthly credits, 15+ integrations, 100+ languages |
| Sintra X, 3-month | $23.60/mo, as listed on their pricing page (regular $59/mo) | Same inclusions |
| Sintra X, 12-month | $15.60/mo, as listed on their pricing page (regular $52/mo) | Same inclusions |
| Sintra individual helper | $39/mo, as listed on their pricing page | One helper |
Two notes on that table, because a price you misread is worse than no price. Sintra AI's pricing page showed promotional rates on the day we looked, while their help centre listed $97 for one month, $177 for three and $624 for twelve — read the live page before you decide. And our free tier is not on this table on purpose: it publishes nothing, it is not a trial, and it exists to let you see the office before you pay.
What a month looks like
| Step in the month | Vibrant Media | Sintra AI, from their public pages |
|---|---|---|
| Where instructions live | Brief plus brand voice, filled once or read off your site | "Brain AI personalization", listed on the pricing page |
| Who plans the topics | AI-SEO builds the keyword plan, Chief Manager sequences it | Seomi, "SEO Specialist" |
| Who writes | AI-Blogger, against the saved brief | Penn, "Copywriter" |
| Before you see it | Six QA gates; hard block on unqualified medical, legal, financial advice | Not stated on their public pages (checked 2026-09-07) |
| Going live | You click approve; the click is what publishes | "Set priorities, guidelines, and approval levels." |
| Blog destination | WordPress, Shopify or Ghost, via official API and your own key | WordPress, Shopify and Webflow listed among integrations |
| Social | AI-SMM writes the pack; you post it on nine of twelve channels | "Publish posts to Facebook and Instagram, track page insights" |
| The ceiling | 12 / 20 / 50 articles by plan; the server refuses past it | 250 credits/mo, with top-ups |
| End of month | Growth report from GSC and GA4, every number labelled by source | Dexter, "Data Analyst"; Google Analytics listed among integrations |
| Everything else in the business | We do none of it | Cassie "Customer Support", Milli "Sales Manager", Emmie "Email Marketer", Scouty "Recruiter", Commet "Website Builder" |
When not to hire us
We do not run paid advertising. No Google Ads, no Meta Ads, no budget management, no bidding — if the plan for this quarter is paid acquisition, we are not part of it.
We do not shoot photo or video. For Instagram, YouTube Shorts and TikTok we write the caption, the hashtags and an upload checklist; the footage is yours to film.
Nothing publishes on its own here, and some people want exactly that. If the appeal is waking up to a post that went out overnight without you, our approval gate is a cost, not a feature.
Nine of the twelve channels are a hand-off, not an integration. Medium, Telegram, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, Reddit, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok arrive as a written pack plus a step-by-step checklist, and you publish them from your own account. We ask for no password for those.
One brand per account, and the keyword research runs in English only. And our free tier publishes nothing at all — it is a look inside, not a trial.
How to choose
| If you need… | Choose | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Inbox, customer support, sales follow-up or recruiting handled by the same subscription | Sintra AI | Cassie, Milli, Emmie and Scouty carry those titles on their site; we do none of those jobs |
| To publish into Webflow, Notion, HubSpot, Salesforce or Slack | Sintra AI | Those are named on their integrations page; our publishing adapters are WordPress, Shopify and Ghost |
| To work in a language other than English | Sintra AI | Their pricing page lists "100+ languages"; our keyword research runs against `en` |
| One role for a month at a listed $39 to see if this class of tool suits you | Sintra AI | That is their listed individual-helper price; our smallest paid plan is $49 with two roles |
| A guarantee that nobody posts under your name until you clicked | Vibrant Media | Approval is the publish action, not a setting; there is no unattended mode to enable |
| A ceiling stated as articles, images and social packs rather than credits | Vibrant Media | 12 / 20 / 50 articles by plan, printed on the pricing page and enforced by the server |
| Proof of the result from Search Console and GA4, with a source on every number | Vibrant Media | The analyst labels each figure GSC, GA4, estimate or internal, and refuses to invent one |
| Every draft checked for facts, brand voice, repetition and policy before it reaches you | Vibrant Media | Six gates run first; unqualified medical, legal and financial advice is blocked outright |

Sintra AI's pages change, and their pricing page was showing promotional rates on the day we read it. If a number above is stale, theirs is the correct one — tell us and we will fix this page.
Neither product is the other's smaller version. Sintra AI sells breadth across a business, and their own headline says so: a team that runs socials, inbox, website, content, support, sales and operations. We sell one operation done to a standard we can show you — a brief, seven roles pointed at it, six checks, a human click that is the only way anything reaches the internet, and a monthly report that labels where every number came from. Pick by the shape of the job, not by the shorter price.
Common questions
How much does an AI marketing team cost per month?
Vibrant Media costs $49 a month on Solo, $199 on Team and $499 on Scale. Solo includes 12 articles a month, Team 20, and Scale 50, so an article works out at $4.08, $9.95 and $9.98 respectively.
Who approves the content before it goes live?
You do. Every draft waits in Approvals on your Results screen, and approving it is the action that publishes it. There is no setting on any plan that turns unattended publishing on.
Where does an AI marketing team publish?
Into channels you already own. Three of the twelve have a real publishing adapter — WordPress, Shopify and Ghost — and the other nine arrive as a finished pack with a checklist that you post yourself, so no password for them is ever asked for.
How do you prove the work produced results?
From your own Google Search Console and Analytics, read by the analyst role. Without those two connected you get published work and no evidence, and the product says so rather than showing an invented number.
What is Sintra AI?
Sintra AI sells twelve named AI helpers in one subscription — among them Soshie "Social Media Manager", Penn "Copywriter" and Seomi "SEO Specialist". Its pricing page lists $48.50 a month billed monthly, and the plan carries a monthly credit allowance (checked 2026-09-07).
The plans and what each one includes are on the pricing section of the site. For a different kind of alternative, the comparison against SEO.AI covers the other side of the same choice.
