Vibrant Media vs Jasper

A factual comparison of Vibrant Media and Jasper: a writing platform your team drives against an AI team that plans, writes, checks and publishes after you approve. Prices, limits, when each fits.

Jasper and Vibrant Media both use large language models to write marketing content, but they are sold for different situations. Jasper describes itself as "The execution platform for intelligent marketing" and its pricing page leads with "Canvas platform for accelerated, on-brand content creation" — a workspace where your marketers write faster. Vibrant Media is for a business that has no marketer: seven AI roles plan the month from one brief, write, run every draft through quality gates, and publish to your site only after you click approve.

So the first question is not which writes better. It is whether someone on your side will sit in the tool every week. If yes, Jasper is built around that person, at "$59/month billed yearly or $69/month billed monthly" per seat as listed on its pricing page. If nobody has that hour, the team here works from the brief and hands you a queue to approve, at $49 for one specialist and $199 for the seven-role team.

What both actually do

The overlap is real. Everything in the right-hand column is quoted from Jasper's own public pages, checked 2026-10-10.

Where Jasper wins

It is built for a marketing team that writes

Jasper's homepage calls it "an AI platform purpose-built for marketing success" and says marketing teams use it "to run campaigns, execute multi-channel workflows, and scale content pipelines". If you already employ marketers and want them faster, that is the product's stated aim.

Vibrant Media: built for the business with no marketer. There are no seats to hand out to a team; one account runs one office.

More than thirty languages

Jasper's pricing page lists "30+ Languages" and says you can "create or repurpose content in over 30 languages."

Vibrant Media: English only. There is no language field in the brief and no locale setting in the product.

Integrations where your team already works

Jasper's pricing page names an integrations marketplace "with Webflow, Google Docs, Slack and more", API-powered integrations "like BigQuery, Google Sheets, Zapier, Make and more", and a Chrome and Edge browser extension.

Vibrant Media: three publishing adapters — WordPress, Shopify and Ghost. No browser extension, no Zapier, no Slack.

Custom agents and an API on the larger plan

The Business plan on Jasper's pricing page adds "No-code builder to create Custom AI Agents", "API access" and "Agents for complex marketing workflows, including GEO, translations, and deep research", at custom pricing.

Vibrant Media: the seven roles are fixed. You cannot build your own agent, and there is no public API.

A free trial

Jasper's Pro plan carries a "Start Free 7-Day Trial" button.

Vibrant Media: no trial period. Signing up is free and takes no card, but the free account writes one article a month to read and publishes nothing.

Where the AI team wins

Nobody has to drive it

The brief is filled once — by you, or by the wizard reading up to five pages of your site. From there the chief manager returns a content plan and the roles do the work. Your part is reading the drafts and approving or rejecting them.

Jasper: its pages describe a platform your team works in; the work starts when someone opens it.

It publishes, and only after you click

Approving a draft is the action that publishes it to WordPress, Shopify or Ghost. There is no unattended posting and no setting that turns it on, on any plan.

Jasper: its pricing page does not list publishing to a website as a feature (checked 2026-10-10); "Webflow" appears in the integrations marketplace.

Six gates read every draft before you do

Facts, brand voice, SEO, policy, whether it repeats an earlier piece of yours, and whether an assistant can read it. They fail closed: an unparseable verdict or a network error means "do not pass", and unqualified medical, legal or financial advice is blocked outright.

Evidence, with each number labelled by where it came from

Every published piece is kept with its live link, a copy of the page as it went live, and the run that wrote it. With Search Console and GA4 connected, the analyst tags every figure GSC, GA4, estimate or internal. Without a connection it says "no data yet" instead of showing a number.

Jasper: reporting from your Search Console or GA4 is not listed on its pricing page (checked 2026-10-10).

The month is priced, not the seat

20 articles, 60 social packs and 80 images on Team; 50 articles, 200 images and 200 social packs on Scale. The server refuses past the cap rather than quietly billing more.

Jasper: priced per seat — Pro "Includes 1 seat"; a monthly article allowance is not listed on the pricing page.

What it costs

Our prices are the ones on our own pricing page. Jasper's are quoted as listed on its pricing page on 2026-10-10.

Vibrant Media Team$199/moAll 6 specialists + Chief, 20 articles, 60 social packs, all 12 channels
Vibrant Media Scale$499/mo50 articles, 200 images + 200 social packs, 2,000 team requests

Jasper Business"custom pricing"Custom AI agents, "Jasper Grid", "API access", admin controls

We do not publish a saving figure against Jasper. The two prices buy different things — a seat in a writing platform against a month of finished, checked work — and arithmetic between them would be invented.

When not to hire us

  • You have marketers and want them faster. A workspace for your own writers is what Jasper sells; we replace the writing, we do not sit next to it.
  • Nothing goes out without a person clicking publish. If you want posts appearing while nobody reads them, the approval step is a gate we do not remove.
  • Nine of our twelve channels are a hand-off, not an integration. Medium, Telegram, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, Reddit, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok: we write the post and a step-by-step checklist, you post it from your own account.
  • We publish in English. No translation, no localisation, no second language anywhere in the product.
  • We do not run paid ads or shoot photo or video. One generated hero image per article is the whole of the visual work.
  • Proof needs a connection. Without Search Console and GA4 connected you get published work and no evidence, and the report says so rather than showing a number.

If someone on your side writes every week and wants a faster, on-brand workspace, Jasper is describing exactly that on its own pages. If nobody has that hour, and the job is articles, social posts and images that reach your site only after you have read them, that is what $49 to $199 a month buys here.

Common questions

How much does an AI marketing team cost per month?

Vibrant Media costs $49 a month on Solo, $199 on Team and $499 on Scale. Solo includes 12 articles a month, Team 20, and Scale 50, so an article works out at $4.08, $9.95 and $9.98 respectively.

Who approves the content before it goes live?

You do. Every draft waits in Approvals on your Results screen, and approving it is the action that publishes it. There is no setting on any plan that turns unattended publishing on.

Where does an AI marketing team publish?

Into channels you already own. Three of the twelve have a real publishing adapter — WordPress, Shopify and Ghost — and the other nine arrive as a finished pack with a checklist that you post yourself, so no password for them is ever asked for.

How do you prove the work produced results?

From your own Google Search Console and Analytics, read by the analyst role. Without those two connected you get published work and no evidence, and the product says so rather than showing an invented number.

What is Jasper?

Jasper describes itself as "The execution platform for intelligent marketing". Its pricing page lists Pro at $59 per seat a month billed yearly or $69 billed monthly, with a 7-day free trial, and Business at custom pricing (checked 2026-10-10). It supports content in over 30 languages.
