Vibrant Media vs Writesonic

A factual comparison of Vibrant Media and Writesonic: an AI search visibility platform against an AI team that writes, checks and publishes after you approve. Listed prices, limits, when each fits.

Writesonic today describes itself as "The AI Search Growth Engine. GEO, AEO, and AI visibility in one platform." Its pricing page leads with tracking — prompts and answers across ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overviews — and puts AI articles and site audits next to it, from $79 a month billed annually. Vibrant Media is a rented content team: seven AI roles plan the month from one brief, write, run every draft through quality gates, and publish to your site only after you click approve.

So decide what you are short of. If the question is how your brand shows up in AI answers, and you have someone to act on the findings, Writesonic is built around that measurement. If the problem is that nothing gets written and published at all, the team here does the writing and hands you a queue to approve, at $49 for one specialist and $199 for the seven-role team.

What both actually do

Both write articles with large language models and both send them to a CMS you own. Everything in the right-hand column is quoted from Writesonic's own public pages, checked 2026-10-10.

Where Writesonic wins

It measures how AI assistants talk about you

Starter lists "50 prompts, 50 answers tracked daily" and "Track ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews"; the homepage says it tracks "8 AI platforms". We do not track your brand inside AI answers at all.

Vibrant Media: our readability gate checks that an assistant can parse a page before it goes out; nothing here monitors what assistants say afterwards.

Site audits

Every self-serve plan lists site audits — "10 site audits (100 pages each)" on Starter, more on the larger plans.

Vibrant Media: no site audit. The wizard reads up to five pages of your site to fill the brief, and that is all it reads.

More CMS destinations

Writesonic's pricing page names WordPress, Sanity, Contentful, Webflow and Ghost for one-click export, plus "an open API and MCP".

Vibrant Media: three publishing adapters — WordPress, Shopify and Ghost. No public API.

More than one language, on Enterprise

The homepage cites "50+ languages", and the Enterprise plan lists "Custom prompts, regions, languages". The self-serve plans list one market each.

Vibrant Media: English only, on every plan.

A free start and a refund window

"Start free. No credit card needed." is on the pricing page, and its FAQ mentions a "7-day, no-questions-asked refund".

Vibrant Media: signing up is free and takes no card, but the free account writes one article a month to read and publishes nothing, and no money-back guarantee is published.

Where the AI team wins

Nobody publishes in your name until you click

Every draft lands in Approvals on your Results screen; approving is the publish action. There is no unattended posting and no setting that creates one, on any plan.

Writesonic: its pricing page describes one-click export to your CMS; it does not describe a review step of its own (checked 2026-10-10).

Seven roles working from one brief

Blogger, SEO, SMM, Designer, Analyst, LinkBuilder and the Chief Manager. The same brief that feeds an article feeds the social pack, the hero image and the directory outreach.

Writesonic: its plans list articles, audits and tracking; social posts and outreach are not listed on its pricing page.

Six gates read every draft before you do

Facts, brand voice, SEO, policy, whether it repeats an earlier piece of yours, and whether an assistant can read it. They fail closed: an unparseable verdict or a network error means "do not pass", and unqualified medical, legal or financial advice is blocked outright.

Evidence, with each number labelled by where it came from

Every published piece is kept with its live link, a copy of the page as it went live, and the run that wrote it. With Search Console and GA4 connected, the analyst tags every figure GSC, GA4, estimate or internal. Without a connection it says "no data yet" instead of showing a number.

Writesonic: its pricing table marks GA4 as not included on Starter, Basic and Growth.

A lower entry price, billed monthly

$49 a month on Solo and $199 on Team, with the monthly caps printed on each plan card. Writesonic's plans are shown per month "billed annually".

What it costs

Our prices are the ones on our own pricing page. Writesonic's are quoted as listed on its pricing page on 2026-10-10, where every self-serve price is per month, billed annually, and "Annual billing saves 20%".

PlanPriceWhat's included
Vibrant Media Solo$49/moAI-Blogger + Chief Manager, 12 articles/mo, 1 channel, evidence feed
Vibrant Media Team$199/moAll 6 specialists + Chief, 20 articles, 60 social packs, all 12 channels
Vibrant Media Scale$499/mo50 articles, 200 images + 200 social packs, 2,000 team requests
Writesonic Starter$79/mo, annual"15 AI articles per month", "50 prompts, 50 answers tracked daily", "1 user, 1 project"
Writesonic Basic$199/mo, annual"25 AI articles per month", "20 site audits (1,200 pages each)", 2 users
Writesonic Growth$399/mo, annual"50 AI articles per month", "50 site audits (2,500 pages each)", 3 users
Writesonic Enterprise"Custom""All 8 AI platforms tracked", "Custom prompts, regions, languages"

We do not publish a per-article saving against Writesonic. Their price also buys AI-visibility tracking and audits that we do not offer, so dividing it by articles would misstate both products.

When not to hire us

  • You need to see how AI assistants describe your brand. We do not track ChatGPT, Gemini or AI Overviews answers; Writesonic's plans are built around that.
  • Nothing goes out without a person clicking publish. If you want posts appearing while nobody reads them, the approval step is a gate we do not remove.
  • Nine of our twelve channels are a hand-off, not an integration. Medium, Telegram, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, Reddit, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok: we write the post and a step-by-step checklist, you post it from your own account.
  • We publish in English. No translation, no localisation, no second language anywhere in the product.
  • We do not run paid ads or shoot photo or video. One generated hero image per article is the whole of the visual work.
  • Proof needs a connection. Without Search Console and GA4 connected you get published work and no evidence, and the report says so rather than showing a number.

If what you need is a measurement of your visibility in AI answers and someone to act on it, Writesonic is describing exactly that on its own pages. If what is missing is the work itself — articles, social posts and images that reach your site only after you have read them — that is what $49 to $199 a month buys here.

Common questions

How much does an AI marketing team cost per month?

Vibrant Media costs $49 a month on Solo, $199 on Team and $499 on Scale. Solo includes 12 articles a month, Team 20, and Scale 50, so an article works out at $4.08, $9.95 and $9.98 respectively.

Who approves the content before it goes live?

You do. Every draft waits in Approvals on your Results screen, and approving it is the action that publishes it. There is no setting on any plan that turns unattended publishing on.

Where does an AI marketing team publish?

Into channels you already own. Three of the twelve have a real publishing adapter — WordPress, Shopify and Ghost — and the other nine arrive as a finished pack with a checklist that you post yourself, so no password for them is ever asked for.

How do you prove the work produced results?

From your own Google Search Console and Analytics, read by the analyst role. Without those two connected you get published work and no evidence, and the product says so rather than showing an invented number.
